Kristina completed high school in the medical field in 1996 in Karlovac. Immediately after finishing high school education, she started working at the Clinical Hospital Centre Zagreb in the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care.
She obtained her higher education at the Health University of Zagreb in 2011. In 2017, she took on the role of an anesthesia technician at the Clinic of Anesthesiology, Intensive Care, and Surgical and Urological Patient Care. She is a proud member of the team that successfully performed the separation surgery of conjoined twins in March 2019. In January 2020, she assumed the position of head nurse at the Department of Anesthesiology, Intensive Care, and Surgical and Urological Patient Care.
