MR arthrography is a diagnostic method of magnetic resonance imaging for diagnosing joint conditions and unexplained pain.

It is done by injecting a contrast agent into the joint that is being scanned before the actual MRI scan.
MR arthrography can diagnose injuries and damages to:
- joints
- cartilage
- ligaments
- tendons
n our patients, it is most commonly recommended for injuries of the hip, shoulder, hand, elbow or ankle.
