Marko Vinčić, prvostupnik sestrinstva (bacc. med. techn.)

Marko Vinčić was born on May 12, 1995, in Požega. He completed his secondary education in 2015 in Pakrac, where he obtained the title of medical technician. After completing his education, he was employed at the Home for the Elderly and Infirm in Umag, where he spent two years providing healthcare and support to the home’s residents.

Following this experience, he joined the hemodialysis team at Istrian Health Centers – Umag branch, where he worked for a total of seven years. During this period, he acquired extensive practical knowledge and developed a high level of expertise in the field of dialysis, actively contributing to the quality of healthcare and teamwork.

In 2022, he enrolled in the undergraduate professional nursing study program, which he successfully completed in 2025 while simultaneously working full-time in dialysis. During his studies, he further expanded his theoretical and practical knowledge, developing competencies with an emphasis on professional, empathetic, and ethical approaches to patients.

In the future, he plans to continue his professional development through additional education, professional seminars, and further academic studies, with the goal of continuously improving his skills and the quality of nursing practice.
