Based on the article 40. and 41 of the Institutions Act (“Official Gazette” No. 76/93, 29/97, 47/99, 35/08, 127/19, 151/22), Article 85 of the Health Protection Act (“Official Gazette” No. 100/18, 125/19, 133/20, 147/20, 136/21, 119/22, 156/22, 33/23, 145/23, 36/24, 102/25), Article 26, paragraph 1.
The decision on the establishment of the institution dated March 19, 2019 and Article 27 of the Statute of the ROTIM POLICLINIC dated June 29, 2022, the founder of the ROTIM POLICLINIC, headquartered in Zagreb, Miramarska cesta 24, MBS: 081265748, OIB: 94118672697, hereby announces
COMPETITION
for the election and appointment of the director of the ROTIM POLYCLINIC
- A person who meets the following requirements may be appointed as a director:
- completed undergraduate and graduate university studies or integrated undergraduate and graduate university studies;
- at least five years of professional experience;
- has competencies in the field of healthcare management.
- The deadline for submitting a written application is 8 (eight) days from the publication of the vacancy on the ROTIM POLICLINIC website. Along with the written application, each candidate is required to submit the following in original or certified copy:
- biography;
- proof of professional qualifications (original or certified copy of diploma);
- proof of work experience in the profession for at least five years (electronic record of data recorded in the registry of the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute);
- a certified statement on the absence of the circumstances specified in Article 239, paragraph 2 of the Companies Act.
- The term of office of the director lasts 4 (four) years.
Upon expiration of the term of office, the same person may be reappointed as director based on a competitive examination.
Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.

- The Founder will notify duly registered candidates of the selection within 15 (fifteen) days from the expiry of the application deadline. The Founder will inform each candidate by the same notification of his/her right to review the competition materials, as well as that he/she may request judicial protection from the competent court within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the said notification.
- ROTIM POLYCLINIC reserves the right not to select any candidate, without the obligation to explain its decision and without any liability towards the candidates.
